Where we ship

We ship hey! pookee orders across India, to cities, towns and villages served by our courier partners. Right now we deliver only within India.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges, and any convenience fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Free shipping offers, when running, are also shown on our website and at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery time

We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days from the date of your order, depending on your location. Remote areas and festive or sale periods may take a little longer. Delays caused by weather, courier issues or other events outside our control may happen, but we'll always try to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use it to check where your order is on our courier partner's website.

Delivery tips

• Please enter your full address, pin code and an active phone number, so our courier can reach you.
• If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because the receiver was unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be charged.
• Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It is needed if anything arrives damaged or missing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
