Is it safe?
Yes. All online payments go through trusted payment gateways that use encryption to protect your card and bank details. hey! pookee does not store your full card details.
Payment failed?
If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, don't worry. It is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us through the Contact page on our website with your payment details and we'll help.
Refunds
Refunds are made as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For refunds requested for reasons on the customer's side (such as duplicate payments or cancellation within 2 hours), payment gateway charges or a small processing fee may be deducted.
